1 - Choose the oxygen free copper wire with lower resistivity,and after a series of additonal surface treatment,more smooth,no burrs,sharp corners,so that the transformer load loss is lower,the electricial performance is more reliable.
2 - Choose high-quality silicon steel sheets,and with the improvement of performance level,use silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss to reduce the no-load loss of transformers.
3 - Choose high-quality laminated wood insulation components that never crack, even under the action of short-circuit current, they remain intact.
4 - Using transformer oil that has undergone deep filtration results in lower levels of water, gas, and impurities, making transformer operation more reliable.
5 - Choose high-quality rubber sealing materials to effectively prevent aging and eliminate leakage.
6 - All raw materials undergo quality inspection, and all raw material manufacturers undergo strict review in accordance with the national standard ISO9000.
