Introduction
Type Vulcan 1260 powder feeder is an electronic control and voltage withstand facility that provides accurate and repeatable powder feeder. Type 1260 is for Plasma and HVOF spraying systems.1260 Powder feeder uses the volume delivery principle, filling the tank on the powder feeder tray at the bottom of the powder tank. When the powder disk is turned to the powder delivery outlet, the powder can be quantified into the powder hose and be transported into the spray gun.
The rate of powder delivery to the spray gun is controlled by the speed of the powder delivery tray.
