Dragon Fruit processing line is composed of bubble cleaning machine, roller hoist, high pressure spray machine, first air drying, artificial fruit picking platform, secondary air drying, sorting line and electronic weight sorting line. The surface of the whole machine adopts 230 degrees Celsius high temperature spray treatment, which is harder and more wear-resistant than the traditional paint.
The biggest advantage of this equipment is that it can be graded according to the weight of a single fruit, and each grade can be set freely by PLC according to the needs of customers, with accurate grading and no damage.
