Graphic Arts Film for Printing

HN-RLD Imagesetting film has achieved excellent performance both at He-Ne (633nm) and red-laser diode (630-670nm) imagesetter machine to get high quality image.

Application:             
It can be safe operated under the light room of print copy of the film, 
suitable for printing, dyeing, electronics and other industries to add dots and film reproduction.

Main performance index:
Light room security: 100 W incandescent lamp, distance of 2 meters, 
exposure 60 minutes, no fog,
in the light room ( including the commonly used fluorescent tube ) for secure operation.

Maximum density: >4.0
 
 
Unpack:                    
*Film should be unsealed under incandescent lighting, when open the film, 
we should try to make the emulsion layer side down,
in order to reduce light exposure time on the emulsion layer to increase their security.
Unused film should be safe to save the original packaging.
*Film should be used with caution, to prevent friction, folding, grease 
and finger prints caused by damage to the film.
 
 
Exposure:                 
Exposure light source with UV xenon lamp, iodine gallium lamp, etc. 
Due to the different light intensity of exposure, 
it subjects to testing to determine the exposure conditions.
 
Washing and processing:
Recommended Bridgehead chemicals.
Developing temperature: 35°C
Developing time: 40s 
 
Storage:                      
Dry and cold preservation, storage temperature should not higher than 20°C,
relative humidity should less than 65%, reduce the heat to save the life of the film.
Film needs to avoid radioactive 
or other hazardous substances by the invasion of corrosion.
