Product Description
The Plate Grinder for heavy Plate is mainly suitable for grinding and polishing medium-thick flat metal plates with a width of 100-4800mm, a thickness of 6-350mm, and a length of 1000-15000mm, to improve the surface quality of the plate.
It can realize longitudinal movement, lateral movement, grinding head lifting, grinding head lifting and pressing, grinding head swinging around the pivot axis ±2°, etc.
Using wet grinding, any of the grinding tools can be used as abrasive belt, grinding wheel and thousand impeller.
Can be manually operated grind for some part of the plate.
Full Automatic Grinding and Polishing Line is applied mainly for the removal of defects from hot rolling, pickling & annealing process and residual scale, and achieve the requested thickness and roughness. The coolant could be emulsion or mineral. Coolant filtration and recycling system is essential to the complete line. ZS CPL is designed for processing of hot rolling heavy plate from 100 to 2200 mm width and a thickness between 1.0 to 30 mm.
