Grosper FG8100FWC Cereal water-cooled Grain flaker

1: FG series flaking machine is one of the main equipment for producing pepper or other grain food flakes. The layout of this series of flakers is reasonable and compact, reducing the space.

2: The whole machine adopts fully enclosed, stainless steel structure.

3: We use China's first heavy roll blank which are poured by a centrifuge imported from Germany, processed by Grosper independently, and has passed a strict dynamic balance test. The chill of the roller is made by High Ni Cr Mo alloy,and the chill depth is 35+/-5mm.
4: The hydraulic system adopts intermittent hydraulic pump stations with PLC, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.
