This is our FC6150F steam corn flaking machine
1: FC series corn flaking machine is one of the main equipment for producing steam corn flakes.
2: The layout of this series of corn flakers is reasonable and compact, reducing the space.
3: The whole machine adopts fully enclosed, stainless steel structure.
4: We use China's first heavy roll blank which are poured by a centrifuge imported from Germany, processed by Grosper independently, and has passed a strict dynamic balance test. The chill of the roller is made by Ni Cr Mo alloy,and the chill depth is 35+/-5mm.
5: The hydraulic system adopts intermittent hydraulic pump station with PLC, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.
6: The thickness of the flakes can be adjusted without stopping the machine. This is our invention patent.
7: The modular design structure reduces the technical difficulty of equipment maintenance and roll replacement. It allows customers to complete the replacement of parts by themselves in a short time.
