Product Description
GTCO Short cycle melamine laminating hot press production line for laminated flooring
Hot platen:
1. it is drilled from excellent carbon solid steel and it is high precision, high strength and durable.
2. it is manufactured on special workable., so as to keep the hot platen easy to operate.
Heating system
1. It can be heated by steam boiler, oil heater or electric oil heater.
2. We recommend oil type boiler as the temp can be more stable.
Cylinder:
1. it is made in wuxi from excellent carbon solid steel and it is high strength and durable.
2. It uses high quality oil envelop so as to avoid of oil leaking.
Control system
1. Plc control
2. It can lift the hot platen, close the seperation, add the pressure, keep the presssure, keep time, descend the hot platen and
so on.
