- Screen Box: Made of corrosion-resistant plastics (such as PP, PVC), it comes into direct contact with the materials.
- Vibrating Motor: Usually with a stainless steel shell or an anti-corrosion coating, and some models can be customized with a full-plastic protective cover.
- Screen Mesh: Nylon, polyester wire mesh or coated metal mesh (such as 316L stainless steel with plastic coating) can be selected.
- Base/Support: Carbon steel with anti-corrosion spraying or a full-plastic frame to ensure stability.
- Sealing Parts: Fluororubber or silicone rubber sealing rings to enhance the anti-leakage performance.
- The vibrating motor of Anti-corrosion Plastic Rotary Sieve generates high-frequency vibrations, causing the materials to be evenly distributed on the screen surface and stratified through the screen mesh, achieving particle classification or impurity filtration.
