The dust-free damping station is designed to separate the dust when material is poured into the station from bags and other containers,while the dust can be sucked into the filteration unit under the negative pressure of fan,then the material will fall into the storge bin by gravity.
The whole damping station consists of fan,filter unit,anti-blow air bag,dumping platform ,direct discharge sifter,vibration motor and control panel etc.
The bag dumping station is designed to be used in conjuction with mixer,ribbon blender,vibration sieve,packing machine etc through conveyor such as belt conveyor,vacuum conveyor,screw conveyor.
