A3: Yes. we can do OEM and ODM for our customers. Please provide the logo Al file so that our designer can make the mock up for
you approval after confirm order.
Q4. How to proceed an order?

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirm the artworks and pay deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production, then before shipment you pay balance to us.
Q5. When can I get the quotation?
A5: Our sales usually quote you within 6 hours after we get your inquiry list.
Q6. What are your payment terms?
A6: We usually accept T/T, credit card, and L/C.
Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A7: According to your order quantity, usually ship by sea with bulk order or by express with smaple order, 20-30 days by
sea,5-7days by express.
Q8. How about the after-sales service?
A8: We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If there is any problem with functional and quality, we'd like
to provide a replacement in the next order.
