1. H and B gearboxes adopt general design scheme, and can be transformed into industry-specific gearboxes according to customer requirements.
2. Realize parallel axis, straight axis, vertical and horizontal universal box, reduce the types of parts, and increase the specifications and models.
3. The sound-absorbing box structure and large box surface area are adopted. The spiral bevel gear adopts advanced gear lapping technology and large fan, so that the temperature rise, noise reduction, operation reliability and transmission power of the whole machine are improved.
4. Input mode: motor connecting flange and shaft input.
5. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft connected by expansion plate, hollow shaft connected by spline, solid shaft connected by spline and solid shaft connected by flange.
6. Installation method: horizontal type, vertical type, swing base type, torsion arm type.
7. The H and B series products have the specifications of 3~26 types, the reduction transmission stages have 1~4 levels, the speed ratio is 1.25~450, and the combination with R and K series can obtain a larger speed ratio.
