H beam light steel production line equipment H beam assembly machine
H beam assembly machine is a dedicated machine for shaping H beams. During the assembly of H beams, it can utilize the configured hydraulic clamping device to achieve synchronous clamping and automatic centering, ensuring precise positioning of various width plates within the specified range. It can be set up for automatic assembly of H steel sections according to user requirements.
Configuration:
1. Electrical assembly: AC frequency converter is used to control the feeding.
2. Hydraulic system: It adopts a hydraulic system product from a Sino-foreign joint venture and is equipped with a filter to ensure the long-term reliable operation of solenoid valves.
3. Automatic spot welding system (optional): Equipped with two gas shielded welding machines and two sets of automatic arc guiding devices.
