Performance Features:
The LMMH gantry-type H-beam welding machine is developed by our factory based on years of technical expertise in welding equipment and tailored to the specific requirements of H-beam ship welding. It boasts advantages such as a simple and reliable structure, as well as a rational layout.
Its main drive system employs AC frequency converters to control dual-side synchronous speed adjustment, ensuring stable speed and displaying line speed digitally. This system offers excellent reliability and includes a mechanical tracking mechanism. The upper and lower parts feature sliding and elastic tracking, while the left and right sides utilize a floating tracking mechanism. This ensures precise alignment of the welding torch with the weld seam.
The welding control and gantry control are integrated into a coordinated control system, making it user-friendly and reliable. The welding arm cable is routed using a cable chain, which not only enhances aesthetics but also ensures reliability and safety.
