--HDPE pipes Introduction--
The reinforcing steel wire mesh makes thinner pipe wall, but higher pressure.
Adhesive binds high strength wire and PE together.
The polyethylene pipe has been reinforced by wrapping the high strength steel wire in the middle layer. It results the pipe working pressure could easily reach 5Mpa (D≤ φ 110), 3Mpa (D≤ φ 200), 2Mpa (D≤ φ 500) when you use PE80 grade polymer.
The new technology makes the PE pipe stronger, durable and reduces the material cost definitely.
