Product Description
Our PE gas pipes are satisfactorily in accordance with European prEN 1555-2 standard and ISO 4437 standard.
Our raw material for PE gas pipes are imported from Borealis, Finland. The drying systems are imported from Motan, and the production lines are imported from Weber, Batten Feld and Krauss Maffei. Fine hardwares and our strict quality control system assure the distinguished quality of our products.
Characteristics of our PE pipe and fittings for gas transportation :
-- Corrosion resistance. Polyethylene is inert material. Except for few strong oxidant,this material can resist many chemical matters, no electron chemical corrosion, and do not need corrosion proof layer.
-- No Leakage. PE gas pipe adopts fusion connection (thermal fusion or electric fusion), compare with rubber and other machinery connect points, it does not leak as connect point distorted.
-- High Ductility. PE gas pipe possess high ductility,its extension ration at break can not excess 500%, and has strong ability for fit with pipe tank non-uniform settling.
-- Excellent Flexibility. The flexibility of Polyethylene makes PE gas pipe can be coiled.It is using for no pipe tank construction. Layout PE gas pipes depends the demand of construct.
-- Good resistance ability for scratch. Scratch can make the material strength concentration and cause pipe damage.
-- Advanced structure of electrofusion fittings. Non-naked helical type heating cord guarantees the homogenous heat conduction in welding zone, and effectively prevent not only the short-circuit during the connection of the pipes and fittings, but also the disfigurement of ordinarily naked heating cord which is liable to age and be corroded. Moreover, the inwall of the fitting is flat and easy to be installed.
-- High speed resistant of crack transport ability. When there are some little cracks in pipes by accident, the cracks extent at a rate of several meters per second.It will damage the pipes fierily. However, in our products, we have not found any rapid crack propagation in practice.
-- Resistance to impact.PE pipes are so tough that they do not intend to rupture if heavy presses the pipes directly.
-- Convenient for construction. The pipes are light and handled friendly.
-- Long service life more than 50 years.
Usually the pipe length is 6m, 9m, 12m. Also we can product any length pipe to satisfy our customers. Pipe less than 63mm can be coiled, the length is 50m, 100m, 150m etc. Specially, pipe diameter between 75mm and 110mm can be coiled also according to customers' requirement.
