HDPE Masking Film for Car/Automotive Painting
They are mainly used for masking large sections during painting process for automobile, steamship, train and furniture etc. They are also largely used in construction and decoration industry. We have two types for this product: high temperature masking film and normal temperature masking film. They can improve the efficiency of the painting while saving the manpower, avoid waste of paint material.
1. Masking film with crepe paper tape
The product is composed of rubber crepe tape and PE film.
Application: mainly used for covering large area to protect the parts during spray paint process. Heat-resistance reaches up to 120ºC. The large film is folded into small size. It can be quickly unfolded for fast covering. The design saves human power and shortens the preparing time for painting. PE type film also has the capability of electrostatic adsorption, which makes the masking easier and faster.

Width*Length: 550mmx25m; 1100mmx25m; 1800mmx20m etc.

Application: mainly used for masking sections for auto body, bumper and instrument desk during spray process for autos, trains and planes. The film is composed of tapes on both sides to make the products easier to use. The design saves human power and shortens the preparing time for painting. Both the tape and film are strong enough to stand temperature up to 130ºC for 30 minutes.
