The rubber bearing is a key part mounted on the mud pulser of the series 650 SPERRY-SUN MWD system. The product manufactured by our company is composed of AlCu-type alloy body and extreme abrasion resistant hydrogen elastomer coated over the body. Advanced elastomeric formula and reliable vulcanization process under high temperature ensures that this type of bearing mounted on the mud pulser and turbine driven alternator provides excellent heat-resistant quality, longer service life, strong abrasion resistant performance and higher reliability under harsh downhole environment.
150ºC is the max operation temperature of the rubber bearing made of HNBR.
