ZETPOL 2011 and ZETPOL 2011L, Sulfur and peroxide curable, good balance of chemical resistance, cold flexibility and dynamic properties. Used for timing and poly-V-belts.
ZETPOL 2020 and ZETPOL 2020L and ZETPOL 2020EP, Sulfur and peroxide curable for excellent dynamic properties. Used for timing and multi-V-belts, rollers, hoses, seals. Zetpol 2020EP is easy-processing version with improved flow characteristics.

Zetpol polymers exhibit exceptional heat and oil resistance. Zetpol compounds are formulated to meet demanding applications and environments with a wide operational temperature range. The hydrogenation level affects heat, chemical resistance. the polymer viscosity influences the processing of the compound and also the physical properties of the final article.
Zetpol HNBR is the most durable elastomer. Zetpol resists prolonged exposure to 160°C and provides superior resistance to hot fluids. The toughness of Zetpol makes it the ideal choice for automotive belt, seals, and oil field components.
Zetpol is ideal for applications requiring both high and low temperature performance. It provides excellent retention of physical properties over a wide range of temperatures from -40° to +160°C.
Zetpol has excellent retention of sealing force, retaining more than 50% of initial sealing force after prolonged heat exposure. It's the ideal choice for static and dynamic seal and gasket applications, including front cover gaskets, requiring resistance to both coolant and engine oil.
Zetpol has superior retention of physical properties at elevated temperatures up to 160 °C when compared with other elastomers. Even after long exposure to hot (150°C) engine oil, Zetpol maintains its tensile strength and elongation with minimal swelling. Volume swell after 1,512 hours of exposure to automatic transmission fluid is under 5%.
