Haiflon® PTFE Fine Powder Resin SF-628L
Description :
In addition to all excellent properties of PTFE material, SF-628L powders has outstanding performance in paste extrusion to manufacture sealing tape, etc.. The resin is processed by mixing them with some organic solvents to obtain paste which are made into coherent, smooth and flat semi-finished products after ram extrusion. During this progression the extruding pressure remains steady .The semi-finished products can be further processed to produce unsintered tape by calendering, elongating and removing solvent with heat, and also to manufacture sintered coherent thin-walled tubing, continuous long rod, and wire & cable coating, etc..
Application:
Make extruded tube, rod, tensile film, seal tape, etc.

Stroage and Transportation:
Not classified as hazardous for transport.
During transportation and storage, avoid heavy shaking, and prevent from solarization.
Stored in clean, cool and dry warehouse, prevent from agglomeration and contamination.

Product is packed in double layer plastic bags, inside bag is made of polyethylene resin, and outside bag is made of polyvinyl chloride.
The bags are packed in cardboard drums lined with moisture-proof plastic film.
