Instrument principle
This rapid detection of pesticide residues is based on the hydrolysis of acetylcholine by cholinesterase. Its hydrolysis product affects DTMB, forming a yellow conjugate. Organophosphorus pesticides can control enzymes. Changes in absorbance values can reflect the degree of control of the enzyme, which in turn reflects the pesticide residues in the sample.
