The stainless steel tube, after initial sizing, enters the online bright solid solution system. In the induction heating furnace, a tension of about 1% is applied through a speed control system, aligning with the line speed for high yield. The heat treatment system is user-friendly, highly automated, and efficient, with a reliable heating power supply that remains unaffected by production line failures.
The cooling channel's sealing system is robust, stable, and reliable. The annealing outlet temperature is maintained below 100°C, utilizing a closed loop softened water cooling system for optimal performance.
