Product Description
The heat-shrinkable belt, also known as the opening sleeve, is designed for the corrosion protection of the welded joint of the buried and overhead steel pipeline and the heat preservation patch of the pipeline. It is composed of radiation crosslinked polyolefin substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive (substrate thickness from 1.0 to 2.0 mm, adhesive layer thickness from 0.8 to 2.0 mm) , the special sealing hot melt adhesive can form good adhesion with polyolefin substrate, steel pipe surface and solid epoxy coating.
Features: excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and good UV and light aging performance.
Usage: suitable for hollow wall winding pipe, spiral bellows reinforced by steel strip, plastic-steel winding pipe, double wall bellows, anticorrosion and heat preservation pipe. Recommended for pipe diameter of DN200-DN2000.
