Product Description
1. Heavy load capacity to help adjust the thermal deformations and control the thermal stresses of the workpiece during high-speed power cutting processes
2. Mandrel made of the alloy tool steel and heat treated to hardness as HRC60+2. Its 60-degree conical surface has a radial runout tolerance as 0.02mm related to the Morse taper shank centerline and a roughness less than or equal to Ra0.40μ M
3. Its Morse taper shank has more than 75% of its length contacting with the standard Morse taper ring gauge, and has a hardness within HRC40-45 and a roughness less than or equal to Ra0.40μ M.
