ZULIN Ring Lock Scaffolding System
Introduction
Ring-lock scaffolding, one of the support systems for construction, owns advantages of both cup-lock scaffolding and shoring tower. It is in the development direction of new type scaffolding. According to the standard diameter, they are divided into two series: 48mm series and 60mm series. Equipped with staircases, the 60mm series can also be used as stair towers. The screw jack head and screw jack foot are adjustable, and can be selected according to the requirements. The system has excellent stability and bearing capacity. It is easy and flexible to assemble and disassemble, and has a high degree of standardization. It is widely used in buildings, bridges, tunnels etc...
Rosette node: flexible
Weld a Rosette node on the standard every 500mm for connecting ledgers in four directions.
Connection in vertical direction
One end of the standard can be inserted into the other end of other standard.
Connection in horizontal direction: flexible&firm
Every ledger has two connectors at both ends for connecting Rosette node and diagonal brace. The connector has two inserted pins and the three are integrated into a whole by rivets. The inverted pins can move up and down easily but can't be pulled out. They are easy to use and can effectively avoid the problem that small pins lost easily.
Assembly diversity can meet diverse structureThe assembly diversity of ring-lock scaffolding can meet the demand of diverse structure. The screw jack head and screw jack foot are adjustable, and can be selected according to the demand.

This kind of shifting trolley is designed for the ring-lock scaffolding system, and the assembled scaffolding can be moved integrally.
