Heavy Series Roller Chain
1. H-series roller chains have increased link plate thickness to provide greater capacity without fatigue failure. Link plate thickness is that of the next larger size chain.
2. 80H Heavy series roller chain is manufactured with thicker link plates than standard roller chain to help against fatigue with great shock loads.

Application:
1.1. Meets and exceeds ANSI B29.1 specifications
1.2. Roller chain components are shot peened for greater fatigue resistance
1.3. Heat treated components for increased durability, longevity and wear resistance
1.4. Chain is pre-loaded (Pre-stretched) to eliminate initial stretching.
1.5. Chain components are lubricated before assembly, then dipped in a hot oil bath after assembly for maximum coverage between the chain components.
Heavy Series roller chains differ from the ASME/ANSI standard series in the extra thickness of the link plates and the extra length of the pins.
