Automatic Waste Paper Baler with Conveyor HFA20-25
Features:
1.We use the good quality material, the promise 10 years using time.
2.Our Control System is Simens PLC, the machine is controlled automatic, one person can operate the machine.
3.Feed system has Photoelectric switch, when the material is enough, the conveyor stops, the push car begins work.
4.Durable clamping sylinders and screw increase bales density.
5.Saw tooth design reduces hydraulic shock and materials jams.
6.Counter wheel counts the rated lengh of the bales automatically.
7.Two efficiency motors and pumps available.
8.Water cooling system: use water to to protect the cylinder from high oil temprature, and the water will not blow the dust into machine.
9.Simple and durable counting system: There is a count wheel on the baler, counting the bale lengh automatically as setting.
10.Safety design: Equipped with emergency button and safety door, only with the safety door closed, the baler can work, the machine has also the emergncy button, stopping the machine immediately.
