A: For most products, the product can be sent out from factory in 5days. If we don't have inventory, the product need to produced from raw material, the ordinary period is 20-25days.
Q2: Can i get some samples?
A: Yes, we can supply the free sample, but the shipping cost be paid by our customers.
Q3:What's your MOQ?
A: For most of the products we already have in stock, the MOQ is 1kg. If the product is a new specification and need to be produced from raw material, the MOQ depends.
Q4: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: Firstly, we will offer the certificate of analysis for the product that you inquired from us.
If any other doubt, sample is available to you to be tested before large quantity order.
