Our warranty policy is as followed. For instruments(total station, GNSS, auto level), we offer one year warranty, for accessories(prism, pole, tripod, leveling staff), we offer six months warranty from the day you get the products. For product within the warranty period, please send us photos to show the problem. And then we will decide to send you parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair. Please make sure to contact us first instead of sending the damaged parts direct to us. For problem out of the warranty period or warranty lialility, we will judge the problem and quote for you.
Generally, we accept Online payment, Trade Assurance, Irrevocable LC at sight, Advance T/T, Escrow and West union.If you prefer other payment terms, please let us know.

5. For big issues in one year warranty like EDX board, main board issue. We could only ask you to send the instrument back to us. Normally we will have it fixed in 10 working days and send back to you. You and we shall take care of the corresponding shipping cost on each side. For big issues out of one year warranty, the customer should be responsible for all the cost.
