High Accuracy Resistance Pirani Vacuum Gauge For PVD Coating System
HGP-200 series pressure transmitter adopts diffused silicon pressure oil-filled core as the sensitive element, and the built-in ASIC processing circuit converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard voltage, current or RS485 signal with high photoelectric isolation to ensure the stable output signal, which can be connected with computers, control instruments, panel instruments or PLC.
It has small volume, light weight, all stainless steel sealing structure and can work in corrosive environment. The product is easy to install and has high anti-vibration and anti-impact performance.
