The machine suitable to work soft and semi-tough dough ,is equipped with stainless steel Hopper for a capacity of 20kg each time. the dough handled thanks to the system which is compressed in the portion chambers and appropriately adjusted give the required weight .once the weight is fixed. Finally the pieces are deposited on the moulding belts.
