This G7
B series rice polisher is based on our over 40 years' experience, adopts the top technician, which polish the rice and makes it shiny. Longer the storage period of rice. Equipped with automatic dampening, constant water temperature controller makes it easy to operate and stable.
It is consist of main body, electric controller, bran collect. The polishing chamber is consist of main axle, pusher, roller, bearing block, feed bushing, discharging bushing, screen, deck support that fixed in the main body. Bran collector is consist of high-pressure air blower, cyclone and air pipe.
Working principle :
After whitening, rice put into polishing chamber, small amount of water combined with air spread on the rice surface by air blower. After dampening, rice moving forward and rub with screen and each other, thus polishing the rice. At the same time, air suction collect the bran thus not increase moisture of rice. Polishing effect is influenced by pressure and dampening. Adjusting the air and water volume to make the shiny rice with less bran.
