Established in 1999, Zhejiang Jianli is the biggest and No. 1 manufacturer in China specialized in producing cold drawn and rolled bearing steel tubes with OD range 12~130mm and Wall thickness range 2~18mm. Our production capacity and sales volume keep at the first place in China for over consecutive 20 years.
Since 2017, Jianli has been carrying out equipment renewable reform and environment upgradation, completely using nature gas instead coal gas , adding a new set of anaerobic annealing furnace,three sets of piercing heated furnaces and two sets of magnetic-leakage+UT detection machines, upgrading acid pickling areas and other production investment.
Jianli had finished its strategic change in 2018, making true 80% capacity for medium and high -end precision tubes and 20% capacity for common tubes.
Furthermore,in order to improve pipe quality always and serve high-end customers, we have invested heavily in building a new workshop in 2021, introducing China's most advanced ARES(SMS Group) spheroidizing furnace and annealing furnace, new high-precision cold drawing & cold rolling equipment and testing equipment.
As China's first bearing steel tube brand and with annual output of tube around 200,000 tons,Jianli has built long term business with SKF,FAG,NSK,Timken and C&U,to be their main tube supplier proudly.
