Descriptions:
A high concentrated microemulsion of amino modified silicone oil.
Features:
CX-8066 has superior affinity with fiber and fabric to provide super soft, smooth and elastic hand.
CX-8066 has little effect on whiteness and color fastness of the dyed fabric under normal use conditions.
Application process:
Suitable for impregnation and padding method. But it is not recommended to apply to high shear conditions because high shear can cause emulsion instability.
Padding method:10~30g/L
Impregnation method:1~3%,40~50ºC, 15~20 mins.
The pH should be adjusted with acetic acid during use so that it does not exceed 5.0.
Can be used with other finishing agents to obtain a special handle, please make a compatibility test before use.
Application case:
Chemical fiber knitting or weaving:
0.5g/L acetic acid
10~30g/L CX-8066
Padding method, baking on 120~150ºC
Blended cotton fabric:
0.5g/L acetic acid
1~3% CX-8066
30~40ºC,10~30mins,dehydrate,baking on 100~150ºC
Storage:
Stored in a dark, cool and dry place. Recommended storage temperature is 5 to 30°C. Please make performance evaluation test before use in case exceeding best use date.
