Packaging and storage
200KG drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
CY-8841 emulsion emulsification process
Feeding formula
CY-8841: 170 kg
Matching emulsifier: 30 kg (recommended XL, AEO series emulsifier)
Water: 400 kg
Glacial acetic acid: 4 kg
Emulsified into a silicone oil emulsion of about 30%, the appearance is translucent
Emulsification process
1. Put crude oil and supporting emulsifier into the dispersion kettle and start stirring, stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
3. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
4. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
5. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
6. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
7. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
8. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly, add 4 kg of glacial acetic acid and stir for 5 minutes;
9. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
10. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
11. Add 40 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
12. Slowly add the remaining water, adjust the pH to about 6, and filter and dispense.
Note:
Emulsified crude oil must use high-speed dispersing emulsifier or dispersion kettle, the dispersion disc diameter is between 25cm and 35cm, and the maximum motor speed is about 1500 rpm.
