For customized orders, the MOQ will depend on the specific color patterns and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

A: We employ our own Quality Control (QC) teams to inspect every order before delivery.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Absolutely, we offer free samples of our regular products, but the delivery cost must be covered by the recipient. For custom carpets, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see details on Custom Request requirements before quotation).
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. Please provide your detailed requirements for the customized logo.
6.What is your payment terms ?
You can pay via L/C, Paypal, T/T. Other payment terms are also available; please contact us for more details.

A: For items in stock, delivery is typically 3-4 days after receiving payment. For customized orders, delivery is 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

A: We can provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. Delivery options include air, sea, or express shipping. By default, we use Jinzhou Port unless otherwise requested.
