A: For goods in stock, there is no MOQ. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend a minimum order of 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the specific pattern, color, and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

3. How do you control the quality?

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we provide free samples of our regular products, though the delivery cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is an additional sampling cost along with the shipping fee (refer to No.14-14 for detailed custom request requirements before quotation).

A: Certainly. Please send us detailed specifications for your customized logo or design requirements.
6. What are your payment terms?
You can pay via L/C, Paypal, T/T. Other payment terms are also available upon request, simply contact us for more information.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For in-stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving the payment or the 30% deposit. For customized orders, delivery is within 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the order quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We provide trade assurance, so you can place your order with confidence.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. Delivery can be via air, sea, or express. Our default port is Jinzhou Port, but we can also ship from other ports upon request.
