Hypoid reducer

Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, our casting is lightweight, rust-proof, and engineered for smooth, low-noise transmission. Designed for long-term, continuous operation in even the harshest environments, our products are not just beautiful and durable, but also compact, versatile for all installation orientations, and widely applicable for diverse use. The TKM series reducer, apart from sizes TKM050 and NMRV050, maintains full compatibility with NMRV series turbo worm reducers. Thanks to our modular combination design, these can be configured in numerous ways to meet a variety of transmission needs.
Main material shell: Robust Aluminum alloy (frames 050-090); Gear composition: 20CrMnTi with advanced carburized quenching, ensuring a tooth surface hardness of 56-62HRC. Precision grinding retains a carburizing layer thickness of 0.5-0.8mm. The aluminum alloy shell undergoes an initial polishing treatment followed by a special anti-corrosion and spray process to preserve its striking silver metallic finish, providing resistance against gasoline, xylene, and similar organic solvent corrosion. A phosphating step is followed by a thermosetting plastic powder spray for additional durability.
