High Efficiency JC. P Series Planetary Gear Units
JC.P Series Gear units are highly efficient and based on a modular system. It can be combined on request. It adopts involute planetary gear transmission and the rational use inside and outside mesh, the power split. All the gears are treated with carburetion, quenching and grinding with hard tooth surface up to HRC54-62, which makes lower noise and increased the efficiency and service life.
1. The gear units adopt modular design. It an be combinated according to the requirments of the customers.
2. Heavily loaded housing parts are made out of spheroidal graphite cast iron, greatly improving the rigidity and vibration resistance of housing.
3. Sun and plant adopting controllable carburizing processing to get high hardness wear-resisting surface. After heat treatment all gear grinding, and to reduce the noise and improve the efficiency of the housing and service life.
