The machine consists of a 260 x 240 mm baking pan made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking pan can be made into two cone plates. This machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones less than 120 mm in length. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customized according to customer requirements. The machine is driven by three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied gas), electric heating and ignition, and the oven temperature is displayed electronically. The production capacity is very strong, and it is fully automatic from spraying, baking, forming, falling mold, conveying products, stacking and counting.
