High Efficiency Polyester Filter Cartridge Air Cartridge Filter

The Mborst MY series filter cartridges are used for dust filtration on dust collectors in various occasions. There is more than 90% of the dust-holding space, large storage capacity and large flux, and the unique folding technology makes the filter cartridge have good dust stripping performance and easy to clean.
The filter material can be made of polyester fiber/glass fiber/composite fiber and other materials, and can be specially treated to achieve anti-static and flame retardant functions.
The anti-static filter cartridge is especially suitable for dust filtration in the lithium battery dust workshop to avoid dust explosion caused by electrostatic flashover and ensure the safe operation of the workshop.

High filtration rate
The filtration grade of the filter cartridge is related to the size of the dust particles, which can be specially customized according to customer needs, and the highest precision can reach 0.3µm.

The special folding technology makes the filter cartridge have a large filter area, long service life, smaller piezoresistance during the service cycle, and more energy saving.
