Y81 series metal hydraulic metal baling machine can extrude all kinds of scrap metal materials (steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel and scrap automobile waste, etc.)to the qualified charge of various shapes, such as the Cuboid, octagonal, cylindrical -shape and other shapes of qualified burden.
It can not only reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, but also improve the speed of furnace. This series of baling machine is mainly suitable for steel factory, recovery and processing industry and ferrous metal smelting industry.
Features
1. All machine adopts hydraulic drive, can choose manual or PLC automatic control operation.
2. There are different forms of material discharge,such as turning-out,pushing-out(side pushing or forward pushing) or manual pick-up.
3. No foot screw is required for the machine installation, and the diesel engine can be used as the power in the place where there is no power supply.
4. Extrusion pressure from 63 tons to 1500 tons has more than a dozen grades,the production efficiency is from 4 tons per shift to 100 tons per shift.
5. The size of the compression chamber and the shape and size of the bale can be designed and customized according to your requirements.
