JWM-SIM-07 TWO-FOR-ONE TWISTER is a new type of machine developed and manufactured by our company based on  the experience of autolevelling equipment of customers in many countries in recent years. This machine is high-efficiency and energy saving, with output speed up to 11000r/min, Controlled by PLC,3 independent motors are runningwith constant speed ratio(the TPM eveness),both duringnormal running conditions and start/stop phases.

Air Threading device

Threading device ensures rapid and faultless threading every time.the foot pedal stops the spinde.asthe pedal is pressed down further. It's carried by the airstream up and around the spindle pot whereit can easily be grasped by the operator.

Speed sensor

The speed sensor can detect yarn breakage and rotational speed,to aviod qualityproblem of spindle speed deviation.choose this sensor ,we can get precise production.

Tail device

The function of the tail on the twisted packagetube is automaticThe length of the tail can becentrally adjusted.
