Structure of Multi Bag Filter Housing
The structure of the bag filter is simple and can be assembled easily. It consists of the housing, filter bag and the supporting basket.
Characteristics of Multi Bag Filter Housing
1. Material of housing: Carbon steel/ stainless steel. It can be lined by PP or PTFE.
2. Material of sealing/gasket: Silicone, nitrile butadiene rubber
3. Material of filter bag: PP, PE, PTFE, Nylon mesh, Stainless steel or woven cloth
4. Resistance to the alkali/acid corrosion
5. Filtraiton temperature: ≤200°C
6. Opening method of cover: Manual, pneumatic or mechanical
7. Method of surface treatment: Mirror polishing, sandblasting, painting (Carbon steel)

Application
