Preparation Before Using The Machine
1. To check the power cable is connected or not, it is 3 phase and 5 wires for power.
2. we need to pre-heating 15 minutes for machine before starting the machine. It is good for machine.
3. To take air pipe to blow away the dust inside of the H.F bucket and working table , mould. It is to avoid the spark happen during the production .
4. You should adjust the temperature and welding time ,cooling time according to the thickness of your materials.
5. Fix the materials on the working table straight level and smooth to make sure the best welding effect.

Machine Maintain:
1. Clean the H.F bucket, blow away the dust.
2. Clean the working table .
3. Check the power cord and plugs to avoid any mechanical damage.
4. To release the water of air filter container of the machine every day.
5. To lubricate the piston and guide bearing with grease.
