INSTRUCTIONS .
1. Please note when using ordinary m ercury lamp UV machine energy is consistent with the energy range of this product.
2. Suggested speed of 2m/s or more, UV light intensity of 80w/cm.
3. Diluent recommended additive amount of 5-10%
4. Remove oil and dust from the surface of the printing material before printing to ensure that the printing surface is clean.
CAUTIONS .
1. Considering the UV light curing machine, the temperature may be too high when the phenomenon will occur back to the sticky, fogging and so on. Especially in the double-copper board paper must pay attention to, in the process of paper collection pay attention to cooling and avoid stacking too much or heavy pressure adhesion.
2. Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and placed in a cool, ventilated place for storage, avoiding ultraviolet light sources or direct sunlight.
