SW-CP1246 coiling machine can be link with the pay-off machine or directly link to the extruder.
SW-CP1246 coiling machine can be link with the pay-off machine or directly link to the extruder. The production of coil is about 4 times that of manual winding (take 200m coil as an example).
After winding, the automatic film winding machine will automatically package and label the coil.
If the film is automatically wound after automatic winding, the production is about 7 times that of manual.
This machine adopts servo motor flat cable system, and the winding coil is beautiful.
Use the touch-screen man-machine interface to operate the panel, which is friendly and easy to operate.
The memory of the microcomputer can store 99 different coil specifications. When you need to change the product specifications, the microcomputer only needs to read the stored specification data without entering again and can be produced immediately.
This machine has the function of automatically detecting errors. When there is a problem, it will send an alarm to remind the operator.
