The three core technologies, precision mechanical motion control, software visual inspection, and MES line control technology, have been applied to the production and manufacturing process of flat wire stator, and an efficient and cost-effective flat wire motor stator intelligent production line has been successfully developed.
1. Use the robot and wrist to grab the motor to the press-fitting position
2. In the process of rotor pressing, the lower side is added to guide the rotor to descend to avoid side suction
3. The motor shell is pressed and positioned by the positioning pin and cylinder to avoid the shell being adsorbed during the rotor descending process
4. The upper and lower guides are coaxially adjustable to ensure the quality of the shell
