Jaw crusher bearing is a main part of jaw crusher, normally spherical roller bearing selected. The bearing model depends on bearing dimension, bearing precision, and inner gap three aspects. Spherical roller bearing has double row of rollers, mainly bear radial load, and can bear axial load from any direction. It has strong ability of radial load, specially suitable for working under heavy load or vibrating load. To improve the lubricating property of bearing, on bearing outer ring is machined with annular oil groove and drilled with three oil holes, its postposition code is W33.
Main suitable holder: machining brass integral frame, postposition code is CA.
 
Installation:
1. Before installation, should inspect if corrosion exists, if yes, should clean it with diesel or kerosene. Then inspect whether the radial gap, inner hole size and precision, and eccentric shaft's mounting shaft neck dimensions reach the requirements.
2. Since the shaft neck filling space for installing bear is big, normally use the mothod of hot installing. Heating the bearing to about 100^oC, after shaft hole expanded bigger than shaft neck size, then begin installing. Hot installing adopts oil bath heating to ensure uniform heating on each part, it ensures not to be out of shape, and no hardness falling.
3. After installation, waiting for it completely cooled, and inspect bear's radial gap with feeler gage. If too small or no gap, should find the reason in time, or should unload it and reinstall. If the gap is suitable, then finally smear lubricating grease.
