Q1: Can I get a (free) sample?
A1: Sample Yes. Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high with the express charge covered by the buyers. And after receiving the first formal order, we can deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.
Q2: What's your payment terms?
A2: We accept T/T or L/C in USD/RMB/EUR. Normally, when the total amount is no less than $10000, it's T/T 30% deposit and balance payment against B/L copy; when the total amount is less than $10000, it's T/T 100% in advance.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: Different products with different MOQ. Please contact us to confirm. For trial order, we can support on quantity, so you can test our product quality and our service first. But generally, we are not doing retailing for we are supplying to distributors & importers.
Q4: Is OEM available?
A4: Yes, OEM is available. We have done OEM production for more than 30 brands.
Q5: How to order the products I need?
A5: Please send us inquiry with detailed production information, size, quantity, packing requirement you need. If possible, kindly attach reference photos to avoid any misunderstanding.

1) Material: such like stainless steel
2) Diameter: such as 14mm or 9/16 inch.
3) Surface treatment: such as galvanized, black paint,etc.
4) Length per pcs: such as 500m/pcs, etc.
5) Quantity: such as 5000m or 30 pcs , etc.
